The free hat
The hat is free, and the $15 you pay covers shipping. The free-hat order, shipping included, is not refundable.
Add-ons
The extra hat, the Founder Package and the crew pack are stitched to order with your logo, so they are not refundable once ordered.
Damaged in transit or wrong item
If something arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@brandstitch.iowithin 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
