Where we ship
United States addresses only.
What it costs
A flat $15 on the free-hat order. Anything you add during checkout or on the offers right after it ships in the same box at no extra shipping cost.
When it ships
We digitize your logo and stitch your order, then inspect it and ship it. We email you tracking when it leaves our shop in Woodbridge, Virginia. Need it by a certain date? Email hello@brandstitch.ioand we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Lost or damaged
If your package arrives damaged or tracking stops moving, email hello@brandstitch.iowith your order number and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
