Who this is between

These terms are an agreement between you and Brandstitch LLC (“Brandstitch,” “we,” or “us”), Woodbridge, Virginia. By placing an order on this site you agree to them, and to the brandstitch.io terms of service, which cover every Brandstitch order.

The free-hat offer

• One free black cap with your logo per business (per email address). You pay a flat $15 for shipping.
• US shipping addresses only.
• The offer covers one black cap, logo on the front. Other styles and colors are sold on brandstitch.io.
• Add-ons offered during checkout and right after it are charged at the price shown on the button, plus sales tax where it applies, and ship in the same box at no extra shipping cost.
• There is no subscription and no later charge.
• The free hat and its shipping are not refundable. See the refund policy.
• We may end or change the offer at any time; orders already placed are honored.

Production

Orders on this site are stitched without a proof: we digitize your logo and stitch it as the preview shows, adjusting size and threads only where embroidery requires it. Because every piece is made to order with your logo, an order can't be cancelled once it's placed.

Your logo

You keep ownership of your logo. By uploading it you grant Brandstitch a limited license to digitize, reproduce and embroider it solely to fulfill your order, and you confirm you have the right to use it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Brandstitch's total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
